Bloody Disgusting’s Vanessa Decker and Ryan Valdez shined on at the Hollywood red carpet premiere of Doctor Sleep, which stars Ewan McGregor as a now-adult Danny Torrance, a survivor of the events in The Shining.
Decker speaks to McGregor about playing Danny, a man struggling with addiction and forced to confront the demons from his past, while also chatting up with horror director Mike Flanagan about working with Stephen King for a second time, and honoring both King and Stanley Kubrick’s works in the same film.
